Shipping Policy

Delivery

• Deliveries will be made via DHL and Poslaju and selected shipping partners nationwide.
• Tracking number will be provided. We will notify via email or Whatsapp / SMS.
• Please allow up to 5-6 business days for us to prepare the goods and arrange with our shipping partners.Due to some unforeseen delays which are beyond our control, our shipping partners may take longer to ship them. Our goods will be typically be delivered within 7  working days.
• For East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), we send smaller goods via air shipment. Bulky items will be sent via sea shipment.The goods are expected to be delivered within 3-4 weeks.
• Do mind that during festive seasons, holidays and peak periods, the delivery time may vary .We will keep customers updated on the delivery status timely.

Local Pickup

• We provide local pickup for customers who wants to directly collect their goods purchased from us. You may select the shipping option in Checkout.
• Local pickup must be made at RAP Distribution Sdn. Bhd. head office during our operating hours :
  • Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Operating hours – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Closed for lunch – 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.
• Our representative will contact you to for the arrangements. Details of collection will be confirmed to avoid further complications.

International Shipping

• We do not provide International Shipping.
